Catering to the growing demand of vegetarians, Mewe Mawe ki Kakori is the vegetarian version of the kebabs. Mewe Mawe, the centerpiece of the dish, is a concoction of cheese, potatoes, dried fruits, and mixed veggies that is cooked in a tandoor. Taste wise, it was a bit nutty and on the sweet side. Nevertheless, you will absolutely not miss the meaty version while enjoying this. It really is that good.
