Albatross X Pahenlo Batti Muni Announce Ibtidaa Nepal Tour 2026 Across Six Cities
Two Generations. Two Sounds. One Stage, And A Tour That’s Already Creating Serious Waves.
Albatross and Pahenlo Batti Muni are joining forces for Ibtidaa, a multi-city musical journey that promises to bridge eras, styles, and audiences across Nepal. More than just a concert series, Ibtidaa, meaning “the beginning” signals a fresh chapter in the country’s live music scene.
The tour brings together two of Nepal’s most distinctive musical identities. On one side is Albatross, a band whose anthemic rock sound has defined a generation and built a loyal following over the years. On the other is Pahenlo Batti Muni, known for their poetic lyricism, experimental textures, and a modern indie sensibility that resonates deeply with today’s listeners.
This collaboration isn’t just about sharing a stage, it’s about creating a dialogue between past and present. Fans can expect a setlist that moves between nostalgia and novelty, blending familiar singalong moments with immersive, introspective soundscapes.

The Ibtidaa tour is set to travel across key cities, starting in Pokhara on April 10, followed by Chitwan (April 14), Butwal (April 17), Nepalgunj (April 18), Birtamod (April 22), and concluding in Dharan on April 24. Each stop is expected to deliver a high-energy, emotionally charged experience, amplified by strong visuals and a unified stage concept.
With live music culture steadily evolving in Nepal, Ibtidaa arrives at a time when audiences are craving deeper, more meaningful concert experiences. By bringing together two bands that represent different yet equally influential waves of Nepali music, the tour stands out as a celebration of artistic continuity and creative evolution.
If the early buzz is anything to go by, Ibtidaa isn’t just another tour, it’s shaping up to be one of 2026’s defining live music moments.
