It can be a little daunting to choose the ideal lipshade to match your skin tone, but here are some pointers to get you started:
Determine Your Skin Tone
You must first identify your skin tone. There are three categories for skin tones: cold, warm, and neutral. In contrast to warm skin tones, cool skin tones have undertones that are yellow, peach, or golden. There are both warm and cold undertones in a neutral skin tone.
Think about Intensity
While choosing the ideal lip color, intensity of the colour is also important. Use lighter colours if your skin tone is fair, and deeper shades if your skin tone is darker.
Try Before you Buy
Always sample the color of lipstick before purchasing it. To determine if it complements your skin tone, test it on your lips or swatch it on your fingers.
Experiment
Last but not least, don’t be scared to try out various tints. You can sometimes look great in a color that you wouldn’t normally choose.
