Himalayan Roadies Season 5: Power of Five

Himalaya Roadies, a thrilling Nepalese reality show, has captivated audiences as an adventurous franchise of the popular MTV Roadies series. The show is aired on Himalaya TV, a prominent Nepalese network, every week for an hour-long episode. Participants face challenging tasks in their quest to become roadies, and the show is exclusively open to individuals aged 18 and above.

The previous season, Season 4, embraced the theme “Season of Survival” while following the format of MTV Roadies. Now, the makers are gearing up for the highly anticipated fifth season of this television reality show. Renowned TV host and personality Suraj Singh Thakuri will take over as the new host from Raymon Das Shrestha starting this season. The fifth season is aptly titled “Power of Five,” adding to the excitement surrounding the show.

In previous seasons, there were four exceptional gang leaders: Anoop Bikram Shahi, Saman Shrestha (Extreme Athlete), Deeya Maskey, and Ashish Rana, also known as Laure. However, for the upcoming season, actress Priyanka Karki will replace Saman Shrestha as one of the gang leaders, while the other leaders will remain in their respective positions. The dynamic gang leaders play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring the participants throughout their journey.

The show was previously directed by Aman Pratap Adhikari, but starting with the fourth season, director and producer Simosh Sunwar has taken the reins and is now leading the show’s creative direction. Sunwar’s expertise and vision bring a fresh perspective to the series, enhancing the overall experience for both participants and viewers alike.

Auditions for the fifth season have already taken place in Bardibas, Itahari, and Hetauda on the 12th, 13th, and 14th of Jestha, 2028, respectively. Today, on the 15th of Jestha, auditions are being held in Chitwan, followed by auditions in Butwal, Nepalgunj, Pokhara, and Kathmandu on the 16th, 17th, 19th, and 21st of Jestha 2028, respectively. These auditions provide aspiring roadies with an opportunity to showcase their abilities and potentially secure a spot in the upcoming season.

As anticipation continues to build, fans eagerly await the premiere of Himalaya Roadies Season 5, where new challenges, thrilling adventures, and inspiring stories of resilience will unfold, making it a must-watch show for adventure enthusiasts and reality TV fans in Nepal and beyond.
