Sharon and Ashim Define the Role of Brand Ambassadors

Sharon Lepcha Bajracharya and Ashim Saxena, winners of En Vogue X and current Brand Ambassadors of House of Fashion Nepal, have taken their titles beyond the stage. With different strengths and approaches, both continue to contribute to the modeling industry through ongoing involvement, mentoring, and creative work.

For Sharon, the role of Brand Ambassador is about purpose and presence. “I’m not just here to wear the clothes, I’m here to shift the culture,” she states. She leads Lucid and Dulcet, her own fashion label, while remaining active in modeling and mentorship through House of Fashion.

Ashim, who balances his modeling career with managing GEE (Group of Event Entertainers), sees the title as a reflection of discipline and growth. “It represents the commitment and transformation I experienced during training,” he says. He continues to take on runway shows, campaigns, and creative projects tied to fashion and events.

Both Sharon and Ashim completed the intensive 56-day training program under En Vogue X, which they agree was physically and mentally demanding. Sharon describes it as “breaking down and rebuilding,” while Ashim credits it for improving his walk, confidence, and self-presentation.

A highlight for both was participating in the En Vogue XI campaign shoot, which featured past winners and promoted the latest season. “It felt like a full-circle moment,” Ashim shared. Sharon called it an opportunity to carry the brand’s identity forward.

Ashim Saxena’s skills in video editing and social media marketing support his personal branding and help him connect with audiences.

With En Vogue XI evolving into a reality TV format, both ambassadors are thrilled to be part of the next wave. Sharon leads Team Sharon and promises “raw breakthroughs and honest heart-to-hearts.” Ashim is equally excited, praising the new format for spotlighting the hard work behind the glam.
