Apple Watch Ultra Launches in Nepal: Price, Features and Availability

Apple has recently launched its highly anticipated Apple Watch Ultra in Nepal, catering to the needs of tech-savvy adventurers and athletes. Packed with an array of exciting features, this rugged smartwatch boasts an impressive design, advanced health tracking capabilities, and enhanced connectivity options. The Apple Watch Ultra is priced at Rs. 1,48,000 in Nepal, offering a premium experience for those seeking a high-end smartwatch. It is available for purchase at authorized retailers like EvoStore and Oliz Store, allowing customers to get their hands on this cutting-edge device.

With a larger 49-mm titanium case, the Apple Watch Ultra stands out as the biggest smartwatch in Apple’s lineup. Its impressive display reaches up to 2000 nits of peak brightness, ensuring excellent visibility even in bright outdoor conditions. The flat Retina LTPO OLED screen, protected by sapphire crystal, offers a stunning visual experience.
The watch features a customizable action button on the left side, which can be personalized to trigger various functions. Additionally, dual speakers enhance audio quality for calls and Siri interactions. The watch is MIL-STD-810H certified and WR100 water-resistant, making it suitable for diving up to 40 meters.

The Apple Watch Ultra introduces temperature sensors that provide retrospective ovulation estimates for women. It also boasts the ability to detect severe car crashes using advanced sensors, including an accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer, microphone, and GPS. In case of a severe crash, the watch can automatically alert emergency contacts to the user’s location.
Equipped with comprehensive health and activity features, the Apple Watch Ultra offers workout modes, heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and blood oxygen level measurement (SpO2). While the popular ECG feature may not be available in Nepal yet, the watch provides valuable insights into users’ overall well-being.

The watch introduces the Wayfinder watch face, specifically designed for its larger display, which includes a built-in compass and supports up to eight complications. The new temperature sensors on the watch allow for wrist temperature monitoring, providing a reliable indicator of overall body temperature.
The Apple Watch Ultra incorporates the latest Bluetooth 5.3 and dual-band Wi-Fi 4 support for seamless connectivity. It offers NFC and LTE capabilities using an eSIM. Notably, it features dual-frequency GPS (L1 and L5), ensuring highly accurate location tracking.

The watch houses a powerful battery, allowing up to 36 hours of usage on a single charge. Apple has also announced a forthcoming battery optimization setting that could extend the battery life by up to 60 hours.
