“Cardigan Weather” by Preshanee Bhattarai: A Cozy Jazz Evening at Moksh

Kathmandu is about to slip into full-on cozy mode as Preshanee Bhattarai brings Cardigan Weather to Moksh this Thursday (27 November, 2025). Blending Nepali songwriting with folk, jazz, and soulful Eastern textures, her music carries that perfect mix of nostalgia, charm, and swing: the kind that instantly warms up a chilly evening.

She’ll be joined by an exceptional lineup:
Yaju Acharya on flute, Shreyas Rumba on guitar, Abhisek Bhadra on keys, Rajat Rai on bass, and Sudhir Acharya on drums. Together, they promise an intimate, feel-good set featuring Preshanee’s originals alongside reimagined classics.

As part of the KatJazz Sessions, the night also supports a meaningful cause, raising scholarship funds for young musicians at the Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory. So every ticket not only brings you great music but helps shape the future of Nepal’s jazz community.
