Hotel Yak & Yeti Celebrates Earth Day 2025 with a Meaningful Plantation Event

Kathmandu, Nepal. April 22, 2025:
Hotel Yak & Yeti took a significant step towards environmental stewardship in celebration of Earth Day 2025 with a plantation event held in its historic gardens. The hotel’s executive team, staff members from various departments and international in-house guest were all brough together with this initiative uniting them with their commitment to sustainability.
Employees participated in planting a variety of flowering plants and greenery under the canopy of blooming jacarandas and surrounded by the lush heritage gardens of the hotel. This event is part of Hotel Yak & Yeti’s broader Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts aimed at promoting eco-conscious practices while enhancing the natural beauty of the hotel grounds and fostering a sense of community and shared responsibility among staff members and guests alike.
