Sandhya KC, the founder and owner of creative brand SALT, has been announced as a panelist alongside Cabinet Shrestha and Anand Bagaria for the upcoming Creators Mela happening in Chitwan on January 17.
The addition of Sandhya KC brings a strong creative entrepreneurship perspective to the panel, especially for creators interested in building sustainable brands and platforms in Nepal’s evolving digital space.
Creators Mela is a free, multi-city initiative hosted by The U.S. Embassy in Nepal, designed to bring together Nepali content creators, influencers, and digital storytellers for learning, collaboration, and community building.

A Platform for Nepal’s Creative Community
The event focuses on strengthening the creator ecosystem in Nepal by offering sessions around:
- Growth strategies and personal branding
- Storytelling and content ethics
- Sustainability in creative work
- Effective and responsible use of digital tools
With her experience running SALT as a creative brand, Sandhya KC is expected to share insights on building a distinctive identity, maintaining creative integrity, and navigating the business side of content creation.
Culture, Community, and Conversation
Beyond the panel discussions, Creators Mela will also feature cultural performances celebrating creativity across music, visual art, and local art forms, reinforcing the idea that storytelling is deeply tied to culture and community.

With Sandhya KC joining Cabinet Shrestha and Anand Bagaria, the Chitwan edition of Creators Mela brings together voices from branding, storytelling, and digital entrepreneurship, offering participants a well-rounded creative and professional perspective.
Creators Mela will begin from January 17 in Chitwan and is open to all creators and aspiring digital storytellers interested in learning, connecting, and growing within Nepal’s creative landscape.
