Spice Room, the award-winning Indian fine dining restaurant at Hotel Yak & Yeti, welcomes guests this August to a flavorful celebration – “The Great Indian Biryani Trail” and “Chit & Chaat.” The event invites food enthusiasts to embark on an unforgettable culinary journey, blending India’s royal traditions and vibrant street flavors into one luxurious dining experience.

Spice Room, known for its warm lighting, spacious interiors, and family-friendly setting, covers signature delicacies from three of India’s main culinary regions – Awadhi, Kolkata, and Hyderabad. From 13–31 August 2025, The Great Indian Biryani Trail brings together three legendary biryani traditions: the regal richness of Awadh, the spice-laden heritage of Hyderabad, and the delicately sweet aroma of Kolkata.

Crafted by master chefs using authentic recipes and premium ingredients, each biryani is a tribute to India’s diverse culinary heritage. Speaking at the event, Chef Amit, Executive Chef at Hotel Yak & Yeti, said,
