A Partnership Across Borders

The event marked the next chapter of a partnership that began in 2025, when MANZO brought its cuisine to Le Sherpa in Kathmandu. This time, the journey was reversed, introducing Bangladeshi diners to a thoughtful interpretation of Nepal’s diverse food culture. Chef Krishna Subedi ofLe Sherpaworked alongside Chef Zohra Mahila and the MANZO culinary team to present a menu rooted in Nepal’s landscapes, traditions, and producers.

Every ingredient reflected Le Sherpa’s commitment to sustainability, local sourcing, and the people behind Nepal’s food traditions.
