Hyatt Regency Kathmandu delighted guests with an extraordinary culinary journey at its much-anticipated Global Wine & Dine Experience on August 22, 2025. The event featured a five-course gourmet menu expertly paired with five exceptional wines from France, Spain, and Argentina.

The evening’s highlight was Jonathan Dahan, a celebrated French wine expert who traveled exclusively from France to host the dinner. Guests were guided through each wine’s story, learning about the terroir, heritage, and craftsmanship behind every pour, transforming the dinner into a rich cultural experience.

The thoughtfully curated menu included Himalayan trout with beurre blanc, chicken supreme with cherry thyme sauce, and eggplant parmigiana with rosemary polenta, culminating in a decadent Vanilla Gâteau Trois Laits—each course perfectly paired to enhance the flavors of the wines.
