Moving to the mains, we had the Gong Bao Diced Chicken. The tender chicken, mixed with cashews and a vinegar sauce, delivered a harmonious blend of flavors. For vegetarians, the Wok-Tossed Black Fungus paired with noodles was a savory delight. The contrast of textures and tastes in this dish stood out, making it a satisfying meal for everyone.
