Kathmandu is set to welcome the Nepali New Year with music, culture, and community spirit as Bhimsenthan Mahotsav 2083 jointly organized by Swoniga Sanskritik Pucha and The Locals takes over Bhimsenthan on Baisakh 1 (Tuesday), marking the first day of 2083 with a vibrant public celebration.

The open-air festival, with free entry for all, is expected to draw a large crowd for an evening filled with live performances, cultural showcases, and festive energy right in the heart of the city.

Adding to the excitement, rising musical act Ekaya will be performing live at the event. Known for their fresh sound and growing popularity among young audiences, Ekaya’s inclusion significantly amplifies the buzz surrounding the Mahotsav.
