In an exciting development for the Nepalese automotive market, MAW Vriddhi Autocorp, the authorized distributor of Seres EVs in Nepal, has introduced the budget-friendly Seres Mini EV. This new electric vehicle offers a cost-effective entry into the world of electric mobility, catering to the rising demand for sustainable transportation options.

The Seres Mini EV is competitively priced, starting at NPR 13.99 lakhs for the low trim, NPR 16.49 lakhs for the mid trim, and NPR 17.99 lakhs for the top trim. The three variants offer flexibility to suit various preferences and budgets.
Specifications
- The Low and Mid Trim options provide a 180-kilometer range on a single charge, powered by a 25-kW permanent magnet synchronous motor.
- The High Trim variant, equipped with a larger battery and motor, extends the range to 220 KM and includes additional features like Auto-Hold, Electronic Stability Controller, Electronic Brake Assist, Traction Control, and All-Disc Brakes.
- All variants come with a 3.3kW onboard charger and offer a 6-year warranty for the battery and motor.
Design and Features
Despite its affordability, the Seres Mini EV boasts an attractive tallboy design with a signature LED DRL and roof rail. The interior features Easy Touch Panel AC Controls, an 8.8-inch Infotainment System in the Mid Trim, and ergonomic front seats. The vehicle is available in four vibrant colors: mint, white, pink, and blue.
Performance
The Low and Mid Trim models are powered by a 25kW motor, offering 180KM of range, while the High Trim comes with a 30kW motor and a 220KM range. With lithium-ion phosphate batteries, the Mini EV offers convenient charging options, taking 3.5 to 4 hours for the Low and Mid Trims and 4 to 4.5 hours for the High Trim to reach 90% charge.
