  6. Pour the pudding into individual serving dishes and cover them with plastic wrap. Be sure to press the plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming.
  7. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until it is firm.
  8. When you’re ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and top the pudding with whipped cream or your favorite toppings.

This recipe yields 4-6 servings, depending on the size of your serving dishes. You can easily double or triple the recipe if you need to feed a larger crowd.
