Bang Bang Shrimp

We started with Thai based dish called Bang Bang Shrimp. Served on top of the tamarind flat noodles, the shrimps have a deep golden hue. Its overall appearance is enhanced with the addition of bell pepper, green beans, and scallions. Due to the sriracha flavors, these fried shrimps topped in oriental dressings are spicy and crunchy on the outside. You won’t be able to stop eating these succulent shrimps.


Smoke Sui Mai

Another dish is the smoked sui mai. It is served in a bamboo basket for it to remain warm. Unlike the normal dumplings, it’s filled with ground pork, shrimps and mushrooms. It has a distinctive flavor, is juicy, and melts in your tongue. Hot sauce on top gives the ideal counterbalance to the sui mai.
