According to the latest update of the Deloitte Football Money League 2023, Manchester City have retained their position as the world ‘s wealthiest football club.
As per Deloitte, Manchester City is the richest football club globally, with a revenue of £619.1 million.
Manchester City, which won its sixth league title last season, earned $403 million in commercial revenue. Manchester City, which is owned by City Football Group, has increased its revenue as the club considers expanding the capacity of its home stadium, Etihad Stadium.
According to Deloitte Football Money League 2023, the revenue of Manchester City was £571.1 million in 2021, which increased to £619.1 million in 2022 (13% increase). This significant rise in revenue can be attributed to the club’s focus on increasing their commercial and broadcast revenues.
