The finale took place on September 7, 2025, at the Andaman Grand Ballroom in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, bringing together contestants from multiple countries. Lindsey Roman-Murphy from the USA was crowned Mrs. International Global 2025, while Anaisha Fernando from Sri Lanka earned the 1st Runner-Up title. Kumiko Sato from Japan completed the top four as 3rd Runner-Up.
