The Heart Behind Healing
Anisha Parajuli’s Mental Health Mission
At the intersection of healthcare and humanitarianism stands Anisha Parajuli—a nurse, mental health advocate, and the 1st Runner-Up of Miss Nepal Peace 2024. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Psychiatric Nursing, Anisha is dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health in Nepal, using both her clinical expertise and her voice to drive change.
Her journey into psychiatric nursing began after witnessing countless individuals silently battling mental health issues while working in the healthcare system. Deeply moved by these experiences, she chose to specialize in psychiatry, with a firm belief that mental health is not a weakness, but a core component of overall well-being. She advocates for early intervention, community awareness, and emotional support—areas she believes can transform how Nepal views and addresses mental health.

Anisha’s path into pageantry was equally purposeful. What began as childhood admiration for Miss Nepal evolved into a platform for advocacy and empowerment. Her participation in Miss Nepal Peace 2024 not only earned her the Miss Intellectual title and a 1st Runner-Up crown, but also the opportunity to represent Nepal at Miss Planet International—where she placed in the Top 25 and was honored as Miss Humanity.
For Anisha, this global recognition isn’t just a title—it’s a mission.
“Miss Humanity represents service, compassion, and a lifelong responsibility to uplift others.”
Her message to young Nepali women is rooted in self-belief: “Embrace your uniqueness, support one another, and never doubt your strength.”
With a heart rooted in care and a voice that carries purpose, Anisha Parajuli continues to redefine success—not in titles, but in the lives she touches, the awareness she builds, and the compassion she spreads.
