The official teaser for the much-anticipated Nepali film Rammita Ko Pirati was released recently, giving audiences a first glimpse into what promises to be a bold and emotionally layered story. The teaser showcases powerful performances, intriguing visuals, and an emotional arc that sets the tone for a “love-story with a twist.”

The film is led by veteran actor Anna Sharma, joined by actors Dhiraj Magar, Vinay Shrestha, and for the first time on screen is popular singer Samir Shrestha. For many, the biggest curiosity lies in seeing Samir’s transition from music to acting.

According to the production team, the film is directed by female filmmaker Sudipta, a fresh and welcome perspective for modern Nepali cinema. The film is presented under the banner of SHERO Films.

Unlike many conventional romance films, the teaser doesn’t sugar-coat love. It reveals a path that moves through romance, happiness, heartbreak, introspection, capturing a realistic portrayal of love and emotional turbulence from the eyes of a young woman. The visuals hint that the narrative aims to explore not just romance, but heartbreak, healing, and self-discovery.

Ramita Ko Pirati appears less like a fairy-tale romance and more like a story about relationships, transformation, and what happens when love ends.

As per announcements, Ramita Ko Pirati is scheduled to release on Magh 23 (2026). The filmmakers invite viewers to “celebrate break-up, not just love.”
