Curated by Executive Chef Irfan Khan, who brings over two decades of experience in luxury five-star hotels and currently leads the culinary team at The Everest Hotel Kathmandu, the menu reflects the essence of Rajasthan’s royal kitchens. Each dish highlights the region’s distinctive cooking techniques and rich cultural heritage.
