Demon Slayer: To The Swordsmith Village Fan Screening at One Cinema

With the collaboration of Apple Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and Otaku Jatra, one of the famous animated action-adventure Japanese anime, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba movie screening was presented on One Cinema at Eyeplexmall, Baneshwor, on Sunday evening. The movie version was created from the final two episodes of Season 2 (Demon Slayer: Never Give Up & Demon Slayer: No Matter How Many Lives) and the first episode of Season 3 (Demon Slayer: To the Swordsmith Village).

The event brought together a crowd of fans and cosplayers of Demon Slayer. This demon slayer premiere was made possible by Apple Entertainment, the official distributor of 7 International Studios.

Otaku Jatra was established with the broader vision of uniting all anime and comic fans. The fan screening was arranged with the primary goal of thriving and developing Pop Culture Tourism in Nepal, and they took the initiative to unite many anime or comic enthusiasts through this type of event.

“We have started fan screening from the beginning of 2022 with ‘Sword Art Online’ in collaboration with Apple Entertainment and our ‘One Piece’ fan screening is our biggest hit and this is our third fan screening event,” said Rohit Shrestha, Chief Marketing Officer of Otaku Jatra. He added, “Our main agenda is to give the platform to the cosplayers, gamers, artists, game developers, movie editors, designers, content creators, and entrepreneurs to make Nepal the pop culture hub in the future.”

This fan screening shows the hype and growing interest in Nepal’s comic and cosplay culture and its increasing trend of connecting the real world with the world of fantasy. The screaming and the dedication of the fans made this screening more colourful and amazing.

The animation is next level and the sound effect which brings goosebumps literally makes you feel and scream with the crowd. If you really want to watch this masterpiece on the big screen, this demon slayer movie is releasing all over Nepal in cinemas on 24^th March.
