Facial Yoga Poses to Lift and Tone Your Face

Sit upright and press the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Tilt your chin upward while smiling slightly. Hold for 5–10 seconds, then relax. Repeat 5 times. This pose works wonders for tightening sagging neck skin.
