Haribodhini Ekadashi Vrat (Tulsi Vivah)

Ingredients:
For the Dumplings:
2 cups all-purpose flour
Chopped and minced vegetables

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
For the Soup:
1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1-inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
Salt to taste
Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Dumpling Dough:
In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour with water gradually to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Make the Filling:
In a separate bowl, combine the minced vegetable with the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, salt, black pepper, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Assemble the Dumplings:
Roll out the dough into small circles about 3 inches in diameter. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over the filling to create half-moon shapes and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
