Running from 24th April to 2nd May 2026 at Thamel Kitchen, this special dining event is curated by thecelebratedChef Mohabbat Singh, flown in from Marriott Udaipur, to deliver an authentic and immersive Rajasthani gastronomic journey.

Rajasthani cuisine is one of India’s most storiedculinarytraditions: bold, aromatic, and deeply rooted in centuries of royal heritage. Through Rajasthani Rasoi, Marriott Kathmandu invites discerning diners to savour this richheritage, from the iconic Dal Baati Churma and Laal Maas to the delicate sweetness of Ghevar and Malpua, all prepared with time-honoured recipes and the finest ingredients.
