Raju Lama along with the Mongolian Heart performed live at Uptown Jhamsikhel

On January 20, Friday, the Mongolian Heart with the singer, Raju Lama, who is also a coach in the popular TV show The Voice Nepal, gave a live performance at Uptown Jhamsikhel. The evening’s performance included his masterpieces “Parkhai ma Bhijyo,” “Timilai Dekhera,” and “Mero Nepal.

” A sizable audience gathered to hear the euphonious voice and enthusiastically joined in on the song. On stage, the Mongolian Heart undoubtedly shone.

The event was sponsored by the American vodka, Smirnoff. The event saw many gift hampers being distributed by the sponsors.

Uptown Jhamsikhel has been in operation for a year now and often organizes such artistic events. The lounge/club started the evening with live music from their very own in-house band. The place was already filling up by then. Some were even celebrating their birthdays. The place surely was vibrant.

It was entirely booked for the evening because numerous family and friend groups had made reservations in advance. People could be seen dancing to the in-house band’s music, while also anticipating Raju Lama’s special performance.

As soon as the Mongolian Heart appeared on stage , everyone’s faces brightened up. Undoubtedly, people took many photos and selfies with the band.

“The lounge is almost entirely reserved and people are very much excited to see Raju Lama and the Mongolian Heart performing,” said the owner, Ashish Jung Basnet.
