Applications forMiss Nepal2026 are now open, with organizer The Hidden Treasure giving interested candidates one month to apply. The competition will follow international selection standards, as it has in previous years.

The Hidden Treasure, established in 1995, holds franchises forMiss World, Miss International, and Miss Asia Pacific World, making Miss Nepal one of the most internationally connected pageants in South Asia. Winning Miss Nepal is not just a national title. It is a launchpad to some of the biggest pageant stages in the world.

Here is everything you need to know before you apply. Applicants must be between 18 and 27 years old, born after January 1, 2000, and must not exceed 27 years of age by December 31, 2026. The minimum height requirement is 5 feet 3 inches without heels. Candidates must be unmarried with no previous marriage history, and must hold at least a Plus Two or equivalent qualification. Nepali citizenship or a valid Nepali passport is required.

Applicants must have notattoos, in line with Miss World standards. For Non-Resident Nepalis, only those holding NRNA citizenship cards under the new constitutional provisions are eligible to apply.

The grand finale is expected to be held around the end of July 2026. That gives the selected contestants a few months of intensivetraining, grooming, and preparation before stepping onto one of the most watched stages in Nepali entertainment.

Last year, Luna Luitel was crowned Miss Nepal World 2025 and will represent Nepal at the upcoming Miss World 2026, scheduled to take place in Vietnam from August 9 to September 5, 2026. Whoever wins Miss Nepal 2026 will follow in her footsteps on the global stage, representing Nepal at one of the world’s most prestigious international pageants.
