The World’s Smallest Chef, Le Petit Chef, Has Finally Arrived in Kathmandu, June 2026

Kathmandu, June 23, 2026 — Le Petit Chef, the globally acclaimed dinnertheatreexperience starring a 58mm-tall animated chef, the world’s smallest chef, has made its Kathmandu debut at Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu, and it is unlike anything the city has seen before.

The concept is simple but spellbinding: between courses, the dining table itself becomes a screen. Projected directly onto each guest’s plate, the tiny chefembarkson ambitious culinary adventures that almost always spiral into chaos, much to the delight of the table. Behind the scenes, the hotel’s kitchen team quietly saves the day, ensuring every dish arrives perfectly. When the food is served, the animation steps back and lets the meal take center stage, a thoughtful balance of entertainment and fine dining.
