Kathmandu, Nepal – Everest Hospitality & Hotel Pvt. Ltd., the owning company of Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, has announced the distribution of its annual profit bonus for Fiscal Year 2081/2082, totaling NPR 25,586,747.

The bonus reflects the company’s strong financial performance and its commitment to recognizing employee dedication and contributions, with management emphasizing that engaged, motivated associates are key to service excellence and long-term growth, while noting that profit-sharing initiatives also strengthen trust, teamwork, and overall employee engagement across departments.

In a similar move, Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu, owned and operated under Nepal Hospitality & Hotel Ltd., also announced the distribution of its annual profit bonus for the same fiscal year. This reflects the property’s solid financial performance and continued focus on valuing employee contributions.
