Inter Kitchen Super Chef Competition At The Soaltee Kathmandu
On February 7, the Soaltee Kathmandu organized the Inter Kitchen Super Chef Competition to provide a platform for young chefs to showcase their culinary skills and passion for cooking.
Ten participants competed in the competition, and all of them demonstrated their creativity and exceptional cooking skills. The competition was judged by Debarya Chakraborty, Assistant General Manager of Hyatt Place, and the winner was selected based on taste, presentation, and execution of the dish.
Sabita Khanal, the only female contestant, won the competition and was recognized as the “Inter Kitchen Super Chef.” She made saffron-scented couscous and stuffed baby potatoes with do mutter ki chat. Sabita Khanal’s unique recipe and exquisite presentation stood out among the other competitors.
With an outstanding display of talent and style, Dal Bdr. Budha prepared machha sekuwa and succeeded in securing his position as the runner up in the competition.
The Soaltee Kathmandu also hosted an Internal Signature Mocktail Competition on February 6. Laxman Ale Magar managed to impress the judges with his unique blend of juices and achieved the first place while Bam Kunwar was declared the runner up.
