In a glittering ceremony held on August 3, 2024, Ashma Kumari KC was crowned Miss Nepal 2024, leaving behind 25 other aspiring contestants. The prestigious pageant took place at the Godavari Sunrise Convention Center, Lalitpur.

The night was filled with glamor, talent, and a celebration of the Nepali woman. The event witnessed a captivating display of beauty, intelligence, and grace as the contestants showcased their skills and personalities.

Along with the Miss Nepal World title, Karuna Rawat was awarded the title of Miss Nepal International, while Sumana KC was crowned Miss Nepal Earth. These young women will now represent Nepal on the international stage. Likewise, the pageant also awarded other subtitles to powerful young women. Such as Miss Confident to Miss Preravita Swar, Miss Popular Choice to Miss Anjana Pun Magar, and other titles to six other participants.

Furthermore, the event was judged by a prestigious panel of 11 judges, including Miss Nepal World 2022 Priyanka Rani Joshi, National Cricket player Sharad Vesawkar, and Actor Divya Dev. The entire show was broadcast live on Himalaya TV.

The Miss Nepal pageant has been a platform for empowering Nepali women for over three decades. It has served as a launchpad for many successful women in various fields, including modeling, acting, and social activism. The pageant aims to promote the image of Nepal and its women on a global platform.
