Soaltee Hotels & Resorts Expands to Pokhara with Launch of Soaltee Westend Lakeside

July 22, 2025 — Soaltee Hotels & Resorts, Nepal’s premier homegrown luxury hospitality brand, is pleased to announce its expansion into Pokhara with the upcoming Soaltee Westend Lakeside, developed in partnership with Hotel Peninsula Pvt. Ltd. and managed by Stream Peak International Pvt. Ltd., the official operator of Soaltee properties across Nepal.
Situated in the heart of Lakeside, one of Pokhara’s most scenic and popular destinations, the hotel offers easy access to Phewa Lake, local cafes, tourist attractions, and adventure activities—making it ideal for both domestic and international guests seeking nature, culture, and comfort.
Scheduled to open for bookings in September 2025, the hotel will feature 77 premium rooms, six junior suites, and a presidential suite, all designed with a focus on contemporary style and comfort. Guests can enjoy amenities including a rooftop bar with panoramic views of the Annapurna range, diverse dining experiences, and spaces for relaxation and wellness such as a swimming pool, health club, and spa.
For events and business needs, the hotel offers a spacious event hall with capacity for 250 guests and flexible meeting spaces. Souvenir shops and ample parking further enhance guest convenience.
The Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) was formally signed between Mr. Sudarshan Chapagain, Vice President of Soaltee Hotel Limited, and Mr. Kheem Bahadur Dhakal, Founder and Owner of Hotel Peninsula Pvt. Ltd. This partnership marks a continued commitment to hospitality excellence across Nepal.
